“We had our furnace and AC replaced. The entire experience was awesome. Jeff, the estimator came to the house and quoted us on 3 separate systems. He left information of the 3 systems that made it easy for us to figure out what the best option for us was. We picked one and was put on their install schedule. About a week later, and as planned, Adam and Tyler showed up, on time, and did the entire installation within 1 day. They were awesome, clean, polite and walked me through the system operation when finished. The new system is quiet, energy efficient and modern. Thanks to all at Metro Air! Well done!”

“I was a licensed contractor and the company I previously used was no longer in business. Therefore, when I needed a furnace replacement, I sought several bids and chose Metro Air. I experienced an excellent installation (replacement) with Metro Air. They even enlarged the return trunk and now our upstairs is warmer. Metro Air didn’t install a cheap furnace or cut corners at all. Their prices were better than other competitors. I try to stay with smaller businesses and this is why – better service. The installers were old school which I appreciate. I would recommend them to anyone seeking service.”

I have used Metro Air several times for both my AC and my furnace. They are always quick and prompt and professional. I had Darryl come out today and he was quick and courteous and prompt. In and out with a fix in short order. I do think their $99 diagnostic charge is a bit steep but otherwise, I would recommend them and I would call them out again.
